Ricoh Aficio C3500 Does Not Promt For Valid User Code

Hi, if you mean the copier itself doesn't prompt for a user code when you walk up to it, you will have to enable that feature, by going to User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > User Authentication Management.

If you mean the print driver doesn't prompt for a user code when printing from a computer, that is not a feature natively supported by the standard PCL6 print drivers. You will have to use a print driver editor to change the print driver, and then delete the current driver and reinstall the "edited" driver to have a pop-up prompt for a user code.
