Sd Card Authentication Failed

pls i have a MP C2030 which just stop scanning but can print and is giving error code 12320 on Prestol manager when asked to scan, and on the machine screen shows sd card authentication failed what do i do?

Hi, the machine uses an SD card to control the scanning and printing functions. If you can't scan suddenly and you are getting that SD card error, your SD card has likely developed a problem. If you have a maintenance or service contract on your copier, you can hopefully get the card replaced for no charge.
