Transmission Failed In Scanning, Memory Problem??
I was scanning a document- about 40pgs and after the scanning process, I went to send it and after being sent it tells me the transmission failed and that there is an issue with the memory. The top corner say memory 99%. I am assuming that means it's full. How do I alleviate this problem so I can fulfill my tasks ASAP.

When it says 99% for memory in the upper right corner, that's how much is left. So 1% is being used for your scan. The copier can be configured to not allow emails more than a certain size through -- maybe someone made this size very small. You can check in User Tools, under System Settings in the File Transfer tab. You might just have to increase the maximum scan size.
