Can Not Scan, Memory 99%, How Do We Clear Memory Or Purge Some Memory?

Hi, when 99% is showing on the scan screen in the upper right corner, that means you have 99% of the memory free, so only 1% is currently being used. However, if you need to delete files that in the process of attempting to be scanned, select the option on the screen labeled Scan Status,Transmission Status, or something similar. (It varies by model.) From this screen you can select files that are in the process of being transmitted or are waiting to be transmitted, and you can delete them.
This process is only for files waiting to be scanned. If you want to delete files that are waiting to be faxed, the process is very similar, only you would do it from the fax screen instead of the scan screen. If there are document server files being stored that you want to delete, you can delete them by selecting the document server screen and going through the list to delete any files you no longer want.
