Message Paper Stucked In Tray 1, How To Solve This?

Open tray 1 and see if you can see the stuck paper. It may be in the tray; it may be behind the tray; it may be in the paper path somewhere. Pull the tray out, look behind it, then open the side doors and see if you see any paper that way. If you can't find any paper, open and close all of the doors and covers and see if the jam message clears. If it doesn't, turn the copier off and back on. If the message comes right back, you may have a scrap of paper blocking a sensor, or it could be a dirty sensor somewhere in the tray 1 feed path.
