Great Sound While Playing Dvd But There Is No Picture. When I Press The Menu But

There is good quality sound but no picture when I insert a dvd. Also when I press the menu button when powered on no options come up the screen stays black. Same as when playing the dvd I have sound but no picture.

Try resetting the product by unplugging/replugging it.
