Thomson Th102 Firmware Or Update Software Have To!

Hello! My mp3 players THOMSON (THOMSON rca_mpcf2477_us) is not good. Because my problem , my players is freeze. I would like to updrade or firmware but unfortunately I can't find the RCA website. Anyone can help?My players type is : >Thank you very much!!!
