Automatically Shutting Down

what will happen, why my OPAL RCA M4304-A MP3 Player become automatically shutting down if i will Open it. i cannot use my OPAL RCA mp3 player now becouse of this problem that i encounterd. can u help me to fixed this kind of problem. or give me some steps on how to fixed this. thank you and god bless!!!
