Problems Downloading The Easyrip-setup File.

I have Windows 7, Internet Explorer 9 and the rcaeasyrip_setup.exe file will not install because it says The following minimum system requirements were not met: Internet Explorer An unsupported version of InternetExplorer was detected. Before RCA easyRip can install, please install a version of Internet Explorer between 6 and 8 before attempting to install. Click on the link below to download the latest version: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx I cannot download internet explorer 8 because Windows 7 won't allow me to. So what do I do?
