How Do I Program Comcast Remote Control To Control My 2000 Sound Bar.

This will depend on the remote model you have and the desired instructions are therefore normally contained in the respective product manual (which we may be able to supply a link to with the knowledge of the model#). Also do note that you should only be able to use the Power On and Off functions/controls on the sound bar as that is about all the remote is allowed to do on non-TV systems.
