Polaroid 32led12

Polaroid 32Led12 cannot recognise any usb video file and I cannot find factory reset via remote menu, I've tried leaving it all unplugged and dead for a number of hours to no avail.

Sorry but you cannot play videos off of a USB drive on this TV. The USB port is only for servicing the TV.
