After Many Years Use On My Old Windows 7 Portable, Suddenly It Will Not Connect.

Dongle will blink fast for a few seconds, then it goes dark without going to slow blink indicating it is connected. I have rebooted computer...no help. I have checked audio settings...look OK. Please help????

Since headsets worked fine on previous computer, the problem seems to point to a compatibility issue. The computer may have upgrade automatically thus requiring that you adjust internal settings to recognize the headset and the device used to connect the headset to the computer. Also check the settings on the Dongle base using your user manual and make sure they're correct.

When a stead light appears on the speakerphone, let go of the button.
