Lost Connection

I have two ear pieces both PLT-M50s. When I use the newer one, it loses connection every couple of minnutes. I unparied it, and now it will not re-pair itself. When I scan it does not even find the devise. I have hardly used it. The first one works fine, but the rubber piece is ripped and I can't seem switch them.
