Gex-xmp3 Shows 'please Wait'
I have a GEX-XMP3 that will not power up completely and only shows "please wait"on the display. Is there a way to do a hard reset? I cannot find a way to do so,or is it possible to reload the firmware?

Did you ever find the answer to this issue? ... or better yet the updated firmware file?? I have the same issue and can't find the new firmware on the web anywhere
