Based on my research, Pioneer AVH-P6600DVD has no emergency eject hole to eject stucked DVD media unlike computer DVD/CD ROM Drives. Unfortunately, there is no other solution for this but to let a technician to open the entire device and remove the stucked DVD or you may replace the entire Pioneer AVH-P6600DVD device. You can read the user's manual here for further information.
