My Question Is I Have A Avh4000nex Car Stereo My Friend Tried To Hook Up His Iph

AVH4000NEX WILL NOT LOAD it goes to the NEX splash screen does it all over again it repeats itself.I've tried to reset it but NOTHING

Park your vehicle in a safe place,
and then turn off the ignition switch
(ACC OFF). Subsequently, turn the
ignition switch to on (ACC ON)
again...OR...

When an Android device is con-
nected, disconnect the Bluetooth
connection from this product and
then reconnect it.
