Philips Hts6500/37 Won't Turn On
on and my outlets work fine is thr something I can check by taking the cover off or a reset button inside somewhere tht may need reset or how do I check to see if fuses and connections or good also do I have to have in in/out jacks ( bka.. Rca jacks) or HDMI cord etc connected to the system before it will power on? Philips hts6500/37

To do a reset, use the Default feature described at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/128614/Philips-Hts6500.html?page=42#manual. (If necessary you can navigate back using the sideways caret on the left.)

No connections must be connected to power the receiver on but must be connected to be able to select a source to use. The manual only provides this option for no power, "Press the Power (STANDBY Button) on the front of the DVD system to turn on the power."
