Cd Player Issue

Greetings, I am the owner of phillips model mcm298/37. This unit has been exceptional in operation and service until this morning. I am receiving an error code 3 when trying to use the CD player component. I have unplugged the unit and cleaned all lenses. What is the next step towards correcting the issue.
