Recording Problems

When I go to record a sign comes up "recording time full"...yet I have deleted all of the voice files....your help please

Copy all your recordings to your computer, then delete them fro the device and restart or reset the device see page 30 here http://www.manualslib.com/manual/898051/Philips-Voice-Tracer.html?page=30&term=reset&selected=2#.
