Problem With Radio Feature

When I select the tuner for this item the tuner locks the whole system down. The display shows fm 87.55 and no other features can be used. You can go into standby mode but the display just dims and shows 87.55. If you enter Eco power mode then the system shuts down and you can't turn it back on......any ideas what Tyne fault is?
