Getting A Refund
I paid for an item from weddingtiarasandjewellery.co.uk on 8th December. They have not sent me the item and I cannot get any response from their email address. How can I get a refund?

This purchase is almost certainly covered by PayPal's Purchase Protection. Phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.
