Payment / Product Availability

Ok so I placed an order for an item on eBay that was there this morning.. I got the receipt from paypal saying payment had been taken from my acct ... This afternoon I go onto the eBay mobile site to verify that item was paid for and now it says product is nonexistent... So how do I get product or my $ back if it won't even let me get into the item that said it was available to purchase this morning and I was just charged for this morning? I contacted eBay tonight n they said the person I bought item from stopped being a seller on eBay as of Today and I needed to contact paypal in regards 2 you all reversing the charges so I can get my refund issued! Let me know what 2 do?
