I Have Ben Trying To Get Ahold Of Paypal Customer Service, With No Response.

I had an old account with paypal, I now have a new email address, and would like to set up a payment schedule to use ebay to sell some items. I have filled out info in regards to myself and checked the box that states have you read the agreements. the submit box will not highlight to click on it and submit, any suggestions?

Try 2 things: first, clear your cache, close your browser and reopen it, then try again. If it is still greyed out, it would appear that you're leaving a required field empty somewhere - that greyed out box is usually a signal that for form isn't complete enough to finish.

The best way to receive PayPal phone support is to go to this special page after logging in: www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_contact-phone. Upon phoning the number on that page, do not try to respond intelligently to the robot, but instead say the word SPOOF, repeatedly if necessary.
