Kx-tga101cs
cannot get ringer back on for base unit. no option on menu items.

The user guide is not very helpful I have found. You can obtain one from Panasonic by doing a google search and downloading it. However I would suggest a removal of the batteries and all the power from the base unit for about 10 minutes and then restoring power and see if that performs a system reset. You may have to input you numbers etc again though.
