All The Lights Went Out And It Does Not Work, Could It Be A Fuse?

Yes, the fuse (15 or 20 amp fuse) is open. This is usually caused by either a door switch or a part in the high voltage section. Do not attempt to repair, take it to a shop and get an estimate.
