Optoma Pro250x - Source Problem

Hi - I am having a problem with my Optoma PRO250X.  This happens periodically but it is a critical problem that we need to have fixed.  The problem is that randomly, our projector displays "source not found."  This happens with both Macs and PCs.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
