Mecha Err. Drawer Will Not Open. No Disk Will Load.
seems like a disk may be stuck but not sure.

Make sure the product is turned on. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset as described at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/115283/Onkyo-Dv-Cp701.html?page=46#manual.
