Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. First, you must pull back on the blue locking lever on the original toner and pull it out of the drum. You then will remove the packing tape (orange) from the new cartridge and install it into the drum. Once installed, push the blue locking lever in the lock position.
