Do I Have To Reset New Drum

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. When installing a "Brand New" image drum, the printer automatically resets the drum count and should illiminate the message. Keep in mind that if you install an image drum that had already been installed into another machine, the counter will not reset. Make sure you use a "brand new", OEM image drum.
