How do I reset NEC NP-VE281 Lamp

You need an original Nec remote. Model: RD-443E
  1. Make sure the projector is in standby mode
  2. Press the Off or Help button on the remote control for a minimum of 10 seconds while in standby mode
  3. When the lamp time clock is reset to zero, the Status indicator goes out
