Hello to unlock your motorola i475, you need to purchase unlocking code from unlock4moto.com and follow the below instructions:

1.Insert a foreign SIM
2. Enter SIM card PIN if the SIM card have it
3. Motorola will ask for a code, enter code received from unlock4moto.com
4. Your Motorola is unlocked now
