Miele Cm 5100 Hung Up In Descaling.
Dear Help Owl,The Descaling process has never gone well since purchase. It gets hung up on "empty drip tray" even when it was just emptied. Very frustrating; took it to a Miele repair for another small problem; they said it was fixed ...not so. I cleaned contact points etc. Any suggestions? Makes great coffee but maybe not worth this every 200 cups.Thanks in advance for any help.
