What Is The Process For Moving To A New Address?

I'm in the process of moving to a new apartment, and I would like to keep my Mediacom services (considering I'm under contract, there's not much of a choice) What is the process, and who do I talk to in order to make this happen?

Call Mediacom and make sure your address is serviceable, if it is not they will charge you an ETF for the remaining months of your contract. I just went through this as well and am far from happy with it but I would call and talk to a representative about your move. Good Luck to you :)
