Cannot Send Email,but Can Receive, Help Please!

Can receive email but not send. Downloaded the new IOS 6 yesterday, could this be the problem? It happened after that. What can I do to send emails? Need to do this ASAP. Thank you!

Check your server settings. Incoming and outgoing mail servers are both mail.mediacombb.net
