Have There Been Any Changes To Your Ports For Both Incoming And Outgoing Emails?

Last Friday, there was a major outage in our area. It remained off/on thru Sat. afternoon and I was told they are "working on it".I now have "incoming" emails ONLY, and no ability to send emails. We do mostly have phone service and our t.v. service has not been effected. I have spent hours on the phone with both Mediacom (who said it is not there problem) and Apple who say it is a mediacom problem. As a result, I have no ability to send emails on my computer (less than 2 mos old), my ipad, or my iphone. Please advise! We have been faithful mediacom customers since 1994! Thank you. Susan Wingate
