Will Not Open To Eject Dvd
DVD picture was distorted and no sound. Took out disc and cleaned it. Put it back and no picture at all (a small dvd icon appeared in upper right hand corner of screen). Decided to take DVD out and try another one to see of it was player problem or DVD problem. DVD drawer would not open to eject DVD. What next?
