No Picture And The Set Gives Off A 'burning Electric' Smell
It was working fine, I dozed off for about 15 mins, so I don't what may have happened but I woke up to no picture and there was an "electric burning" smell.

Sounds like one of two things. 1. An issue with the power supply or 2. A power surge. I'm leaning more toward a power surge, but if nothing else in your house showed evidence of this then it is probably something internal in the television and it most likely has to do with the power supply or possibly the panel over heating but that is less likely on the LCDs.
