Force Roadmate 1424 To Redo Recent Update Which Failed

Most recent Oct 1. update on my roadmate 1424 failed. Unit frozen in power up screen. error files in unit indicate: mgnMM_NetworkEvaluation.cpp y 2222 ¬F2BBuildPossiblePaths: Failed to add path 50 to Possible Path List. Where to go from here?
