I Get Connection Failed. How Can I Connect?

CIT 400 was working perfectly for years. Now I get CONNECTION FAILED. I reset base but nothing helps

Go to Properties of Wireless Network connection and under wireless tab you have preferred networks, remove all the preferred networks and add your network settings.
