Lexmark X748

The ADF says it is ready but when we try to scan it does not feed.  The scanner images from the glass without feeding the paper.

Make sure that there's no document in the glass scanner. Also, make sure that the paper is loaded properly in the ADF so that the sensor can detect the paper.
