When Scanning If A Paper Jam. Will Pages Upto Jam Be Saved?

That would depend on the setting you selected on the Scanner Jam Recovery menu. To get to this menu follow this path, press the Menu Icon > Settings > General Settings > Scanner Jam Recovery. There will be two options:
If Job level is selected, the entire job must be rescanned if
any pages jam.
If Page level is selected, rescan from the jammed page
forward.
