One Of My Ink Color Cartridge Is Low. Is That Why I Cannot Print B&w?

The ink from the Black and White ink cartridges may be also low. Please do not rely on the ink estimator of the device because this might be accurate. Also, make sure to regularly replace the ink cartridges to avoid possible damage on your printer. You can buy compatible ink cartridges here:

Yes, the printer needs all cartridges with sufficient ink levels to continue printing. That's to prevent damaging the printhead. Once a cartridge is replaced, all colors are primed simultaneously thus the need for all cartridges to have ink.
