When Requesting A Document Be Printed From Pc Igetmessage 'communication Not Ava
Computer and printer both have power . Have disconnected and reconnected usb cable. Printer is X1100 series

Communication may not be available because the compatible driver software is not installed. Remember that any printer cannot work properly without the driver software even this is connected and working properly. You should install the driver software which can be downloaded online. Here's the link to the download page:
