Why Doesn't Black Text Print
Just replaced black cartridge with 150xl cartridge in Lexmark s315 printer. When performing "print test page" or when printing document, black text no longer prints. Color text is fine. Ink levels are fine.

Try updating the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/PZaAmK to download the firmware update.
You can also perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
If it still doesn't help, it could be a problem with the black cartridge. Please contact our technical support team so they can do some diagnostics.
