Why Does The Mouse Pointer Annoyingly Return To The Top Center Of Screen.

This is very annoying! When I am using the mouse, the pointer will take off from what I am doing and reside in the top center of the screen without warning. This happens every 15 to 30 seconds. Wireless mouse was removed and was replaced with a USB mouse. No change.BHRV
