H520 - Not English Start Up

UPS delivered my brand new H520 desktop computer today. The keyboard, mouse and power cord were not tied with a wire tie. I setup the system and began my first startup. Windows 8 started up fine but the language was in Chinese and a User was listed on the screen. I contacted the Lenovo 800 number but the specialist said maybe you ordered your computer in Chinese, otherwise you must return it. Frustrated, I contacted Staples and arranged for the free replacement and pickup. Now, I have to wait another five days to get another system. Not sure if there is a quick fix...should be. Maybe, I just need to get a new replacement.
