Buying A New Motherboard
If I buy a new motherboard for this laptop, can I buy it with an intel processor installed on it..

It is not possible to change the motherboard of your Lenovo B575 laptop because it is integrated to the computer. Basically, there is no available replacement motherboard for this model online. In addition, the processor of this laptop and other laptop devices is always integrated to the motherboard which makes it impossible to replace.
