Flash Bios Updated But Now The Laptop Is Not Booting?

I have updated flash bios downloaded form Lenovo official site. In the processes the laptop restarted but was not able to boot. Not when I am pressing F2 key for bios setup it is not entering the boot setup. Request you to help.
