Need To Clean Hard Drive, Space Is Very Low.

Looking for help trying to clean Hard Drive but Disk Space Manager us cleaning I think...

Use the Disk cleanup utility that is included in your OS, right click the drive> properties> disk cleanup> allow scan> ok> delete > close. I also suggest you go to your control panel> program & features & check to see if you have unused programs that you can uninstall!
