Home Screen Won't Display On Lg Nb3740 Soundbar.

I have a lg nb3740 soundbar. It is a smart bar. I have it connected to a 55 inch Hisense TV by way of an HDMI Cable in the ARC HDMI slot. The homescreen used to display on the TV. Now it won't. Every time I try it it instantly switches back to the screen telling me I can listen to other devices connected. The first picture is the homescreen I am talking about. The second picture is what it reverts back to. I cant keep it on the homescreen long enough to do anything. I get ot for about 3 seconds.

Reset the soundbar: Unplug the power cord, wait at least five seconds, and then plug it in again. If the issue persists (or if you require further explanation), you'll have to consult LG: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/lg/customer-service.
